Morning Meditation and Self-CareA Monthly Program with Mary Sbuttoni Mondays, January 28 and February 25 at 10:00a.m. Join us on the fourth Monday of each month for a morning meditation. The group will do a warm-up/self-care technique to relax and release tension, and a meditation and mindfulness exercise. The basics of meditation will also be explained. Set your intention to feel great as you go about your day! Participants should wear loose, comfortable clothing. People are invited to come to an individual class or to attend every month to enhance and deepen the effects of meditation. Mary Sbuttoni is a licensed and nationally certified massage therapist with over eleven years’ experience doing massage and energy work. Writing Workout: An evening of writing exercises and games with Judah Leblang.Wednesday, February 6, 2008 from 7-9 Come to a fun, active, two-hour workshop with local writer and radio commentator Judah Leblang. This session, which is open to anyone with a desire to write, is designed to get your pen moving on the page. In this one-evening session, we’ll write together and share some of what we’ve written in a safe, supportive atmosphere.
